Tuna Tomato and Watercress
|Canned tuna in brine||2 Ounce, drained|
|Tomato||1 , sliced|
|Cider vinegar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste, ground|
1. In a mixing bowl, mix together tomato, watercress and flaked tuna.
2. Dress it with a dash of cider vinegar and season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Spoon the tuna, tomato and watercress mixture in to the halved pita breads.
4. Serve immediately.
