Anchovy Lemon Butter

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened (1 stick)
  Anchovy paste 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Paprika 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, mix butter or margarine with anchovy paste, lemon juice, parsley and paprika.
2.Blend the ingredients well until smooth.

SERVING
3.Use as a substitute for horseradish butter.
