Ingredients
  Smoked haddock 1⁄2 Pound, cooked
  Patna rice 3 Ounce
  Margarine 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Hard boiled egg/1 teaspoon. chopped parsley 1
Directions

MAKING
1. In a deep pan, boil rice.
2. Meanwhile, poach haddock.
3. Carefully peel away any skin and remove bone from the fish. Using a fork, flake it.
4. Heat a saucepan and melt margarine. Put in rice, flaked fish, salt and pepper. Saute thoroughly, for 15-20 minutes.

SERVING
5. On a heated dish, pile the rice mixture like a cone. Serve hot.
