|Smoked haddock||1⁄2 Pound, cooked|
|Patna rice||3 Ounce|
|Margarine||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Hard boiled egg/1 teaspoon. chopped parsley||1|
1. In a deep pan, boil rice.
2. Meanwhile, poach haddock.
3. Carefully peel away any skin and remove bone from the fish. Using a fork, flake it.
4. Heat a saucepan and melt margarine. Put in rice, flaked fish, salt and pepper. Saute thoroughly, for 15-20 minutes.
5. On a heated dish, pile the rice mixture like a cone. Serve hot.
