Fried Fish With Almonds

Ingredients
  Sole fillets 3
  Grated onions 2 Teaspoon
  Powdered ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Sherry 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Ground almonds 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ham slices 2 , cut in 2 inch strips
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut the fillets in half lengthwise and then crosswise.
2) Each fillet should make 4 pieces about 2 by 3 inches.

MAKING
3) In a bowl, mix together the onions, ginger, salt, sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce, sherry and egg.
4) Dip the fish in the mixture.
5) Dip one side of the fish in the almonds.

FINALIZING
6) Roll the fish of the almond side around the ham.
7) Heat the fat to 365°F
8) Fry the fish in it until browned.

SERVING
9) Place the fish on a platter with a wedge of lemon on side.
