Saucy Fish Sticks
|Frozen fish sticks||16 Ounce (2 Package, 8 Ounce Each)|
|For tomato bacon sauce|
|Condensed tomato soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onions||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground oregano||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
1 Arrange frozen fish sticks in 3-quart (13 x 9) glass baking dish; set aside.
2 Arrange bacon in single layer in 1 1/2-quart glass casserole.
3 Microwave for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes on HIGH, or until bacon is crisp; drain. Crumble bacon. Stir in remaining Tomato-Bacon Sauce ingredients; cover.
4 Place fish on upper rack position of oven and sauce on floor of oven.
5 Microwave both for 10 to 14 minutes on HIGH, or until fish and sauce are hot (about 160°F). Stir sauce and let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve sauce over fish. About 4 Servings
