Fried Fish In Gravy

Ingredients
  White fish 8
  Rice flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Onions 2
  Coriander leaves 1⁄4 Bunch (25 gm)
  Garlic flakes 4
  Ginger 1⁄4 Inch
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon (To Fry)
  Green chilies 3
  Tomatoes 4 , skinned
  Ghee 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cover fish with a little salt and lemon juice, keep aside for a while.
Wash and wipe dry.
Mix together salt, turmeric, chilli and cummin powders and rice flour, make a paste with a little water and coat fish pieces with it.
Fry in shallow, hot oil.
Melt ghee in a wide pan, saute onions and add all the other ingredients and cook till tomatoes soften, add 1 cup water and simmer till thick gravy forms.
Lower flame and place fish pieces in the gravy warming through first on one side and then the other.
