Sesame Orange Roughy

Ingredients
  Orange roughy fillets/Other fish fillets 1 Pound (3/4 Inch Thick, Fresh / Frozen)
  Lime juice/Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Margarine/Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 4 Teaspoon
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Grated fresh ginger/1/8 teaspoon ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Toasted sesame oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lime juice/Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green onion 1 , sliced
  Sesame seeds 2 Teaspoon, toasted
Directions

Thaw fish, if frozen.
Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels.
Cut fish into 4 serving-size portions.
Brush both sides of fish with the 2 tablespoons lime or lemon juice.
In a large skillet cook fish in hot margarine or butter over medium heat for 6 to 9 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning once.
Transfer fish to dinner plates; cover and keep warm.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine water, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, the 1/2 teaspoon juice, and the pepper.
Carefully pour into skillet.
Cook until heated through, scraping up any browned bits on bottom.
Pour over fish.
Sprinkle with green onion and sesame seeds.
