Stuffed Fish

Ingredients
  Mackerels 5
  Onions 2 Medium
  Peppercorns 10
  Tamarind 1 Tablespoon (1 Lime-Sized Ball)
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic flakes 3
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Clean Mackerel and slit belly.
Make gashes on the top.
Roast the onions for 10 minutes.
Feel and grind to a thin paste with the rest of the ingredients with the exception of fish.
Mix with 1 tblsp oil and stuff nicely into the fish.
Roll in semolina or bread crumbs and shallow fry to a golden colour, Serve with raw onion and lime.
