Baked Fish Mozzarella
|Fish fillets||2 Pound|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Grated mozzarella cheese||8 Ounce (2 Cups, 250 G)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced (Small Clove)|
|Tomatoes||2 Large, peeled and sliced|
|Dried oregano||1 Teaspoon|
Pat fillets dry and arrange in single layer in buttered 13- x 9-inch (3.5 L) baking dish; season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine cheese and garlic; -spread over fish.
Arrange tomato slices on top and sprinkle with oregano, and salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in 375°F (190°C) oven for 12 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
With slotted spoon, transfer fish to serving platter.
