Lemon Parsley Salmon Steaks
|Steak sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Parsley sprigs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Salmon steaks||32 Ounce (4 Steaks, 8-Ounce Each, About 1 Inch Thick)|
In small bowl, combine steak sauce, parsley, lemon juice, onions, sugar, garlic and pepper.
Place salmon steaks in glass dish; coat with 1/2 cup parsley mixture.
Cover; chill 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Remove steaks from marinade.
Grill for 4 to 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork, brushing often with reserved parsley mixture.
