Fried Mackerel

Ingredients
  Mackerels 6
  Red chilies 4
  Garlic 10 Gram
  Ginger 1 Small
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Peppercorns 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Medium
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Tamarind 1 Tablespoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Semolina/Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Clean, wash and keep the fish whole.
Grind togettier the remaining ingredients to a smooth paste with vinegar.
Slit the fish on one side and stuff with ground mixture.
Roll either in semolina or crumbs and shallow fry to a golden colour.
Serve hot.
