Baked Mullet

Ingredients
  Mullets 3 Large, cut
  Mullet 3 Large, cut into 3 inch pieces
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Melted butter 2
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Mirin 2 Teaspoon
  Shoyu 4 Tablespoon
  Sesame seed 1 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)
  Ajinomoto To Taste
  Ajino-moto To Taste
  Green onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Chopped green onion To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 350°F before baking.

MAKING
2) In a roasting pan, sprinkle fish lightly with rock salt.
3) Prepare sauce with remaining ingredients.
4) Pour this sauce over the fish and then bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven, turning and basting a few times.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
