Fish With Gingered Pineapple

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 1 Pound, frozen, thawed (1 Package, 500 Grams, Haddock, Cod, Boston Bluefish)
  Hoisin sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sherry 2 Teaspoon
  Ginger root 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Green onion 1 , sliced
  Pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained, crushed
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. To prepare the fish cut block of fish fillets into 4 equal pieces and on a pie plate arrange like spokes in a wheel.

MAKING
2. Coat the fish spread over hoisin sauce and then sprinkling with soy sauce, sherry, gingerroot and green onion.
3. Spoon pineapple evenly onto pieces and microwave covering with wax paper at High for 5 to 7 minutes or until fish is opaque, rotating plate twice.

SERVING
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, let it stand, covered, for 5 minutes and serve.
