Salmon Ball

Ingredients
  Salmon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Horseradish 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Drain salmon well, by removing excess fluid, if using the canned variety.
2) Bring the cream cheese to room temperature by warming and mix together all other ingredients.
3) Combine very well.
4) Refrigerate.
5) Roll out into balls and dredge each ball in a mix of the nuts and parsley.

SERVING
6) Serve chilled.
