Caper And Anchovy Butter

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped, softened
  Capers 2 Tablespoon (Drained)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Canned anchovy fillets 2 (Drained)
Directions

MAKING
1) Process all ingredients in a blender to prepare a smooth mixture.
2) Scrape down sides of container, if required.
3) Use a resealable plastic container to store the cashew butter inside the refrigerator.

SERVING
4) Serve the cashew butter with toasts.
