Caper and Anchovy Butter
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped, softened|
|Capers||2 Tablespoon (Drained)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned anchovy fillets||2 (Drained)|
1) Process all ingredients in a blender to prepare a smooth mixture.
2) Scrape down sides of container, if required.
3) Use a resealable plastic container to store the cashew butter inside the refrigerator.
4) Serve the cashew butter with toasts.
