Ismail's Spicy Fish Roe

Ingredients
  Cod roe 2 Pound (In One Piece)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 4 Tablespoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh dill 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Bring a large saucepan of water almost to the boil.
Carefully add the roe with the salt, let the water come just to the boil, then lower the heat to a simmer.
When the roe begins to become firm (10-15 minutes), remove it from the water, draining in a colander.
Place the drained roe in a bowl, mash it well, and reserve.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat.
Add the cumin seeds and black pepper and fry them for 30 seconds.
Stir in the mustard, then the roe, lemon juice, and dill and cook for 5-10 minutes.
Serve warm.
