Pacific Northwest Salmon Steaks

Ingredients
  Clover honey 1⁄4 Can (2.5 oz)
  Dill 2 Teaspoon, finely minced
  Parsley 2 Teaspoon, finely minced
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salmon steaks 6 Ounce (4 Pieces)
  Non fat cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Coat grill with cooking spray and preheat grill fro 5 minutes.
2.Take a small saucepan, heat together dill, parsley, butter, honey and salt.
3. Let simmer.
4.Grill salmon for 4 minutes.
5.Drizzle the honey dill sauce over the steaks and grill for another 2 to 4 minutes.
6.Catch the sauce drips in the drip tray.

SERVING
7. Serve warm topped with melted sauce.
