Savory Stuffed Fish

Ingredients
  Trout 2
  Whole whiting/Trout 2 , gutted, cleaned and scaled
  Lemon 1⁄2
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Breadcrumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Grated lemon rind 1⁄2
  Lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Lemon 1
  Lemon 1 , sliced (For Garnish)
  Cucumber 1 , sliced (For Garnish)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Squeeze the juice of the lemon inside the cavity of the fish

MAKING
2. For the stuffing, in a bowl, melt butter by microwaving it got half a minute
3. Add all the ingredients for the stuffing and pack it into the cavities; secure the edges with toothpicks or strings
4. Place the whiting in individual oven bags and microwave for four minutes until cooked

SERVING
5. Garnish with sliced lemon and cucumber and serve hot alongside new potatoes and greens
