Baked Tuna Balls

Ingredients
  Canned tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, chopped (1 Can)
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Green onion 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Melted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cornflake crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Season the plank
2. Preheat the plank to 350 degrees

MAKING
3. Set the cornflakes aside for later
4. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well
5. Use a fork if required to get a uniform mixture
6. Shape the mixture into 1-inch ball
7. Roll the balls into the cornflake mixture
8. Arrange the balls in the oval of the preheated plank
9. Bake for 30 minutes or till done

SERVING
10. Serve immediately
