Planked Cod, Boston Style

Ingredients
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Bread crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Onion salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Cod fillets 2 Pound (4 Fillets, 1/2 Pound Each)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the plank to 350 degrees
2. Season the plank

MAKING
3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan
4. In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, the onion salt, the mustard, both the sauces, lemon juice and the parsley
5. Place the cod filled into the preheated plank
6. Spoon the bread crumb mixture on top of the fish
7. Pat down firmly into place
8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the fish is done and the topping is lightly browned

SERVING
9. Serve immediately
