Fish Steaks Curacao
|Fish steaks||2 Pound (about 3/4 inch thick)|
|Grated orange rind||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Plain yogurt||3 Tablespoon|
Thaw fish, if frozen.
Pat dry on paper toweling.
In the microwave oven, melt butter with grated orange rind in a non-metal baking dish about 8 by 10 inches in size, for 30 seconds.
Stir in yogurt and Curacao.
Place fish in a single layer in dish with sauce and cook for 3 1/2 minutes uncovered.
Turn fish over, cover dish, and cook 2 to 3 minutes more.
Check to see if fish is opaque and flesh flakes easily when fork tested.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
