Grilled Fish In Malaysian Style

Ingredients
  Onions 2 Small
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Lime leaves 3 Gram (3 leaves)
  Belachan/Fish sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger 10 Gram
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt and pepper To Taste
  Red chillies 2 Medium
  Mackerels 200 Gram (2 fillets)
Directions

MAKING
1. In blender, blend onions, garlic, lime leaves, belachan, ginger, turmeric powder, brown sugar and red chilies until smooth.
2. Smear the paste on fish and wrap it with banana leave.
3. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
4. Grill it on BBQ for 15 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve it with BBQ sauce.
