Batter Fried Fish

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 2 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sifted flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Skin and debone fish.
2) Dice the fillets to about one inch per side and then season with salt.

MAKING
3) Combine flour, baking powder, marjoram and seasonings.
4) Mix together milk and egg and then stir it with the flour mixture.
5) Into this batter, dip cubes of fish flesh.
6) In a well-greased skillet, fry the dipped cubes until golden brown on all sides.

SERVING
7) Serve hot.
