Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), chopped
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Tomatoes 4 Pound, chopped
  Bell pepper/Green chili pepper 1 , chopped (Green / Red Variety)
  Chopped green bell pepper/Chopped red bell pepper / green chile pepper 1 , chopped
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mahi mahi 1 Pound, cut in 1-inch cubes
  Chopped toasted almonds 2 Tablespoon, sliced
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet add oil to heat.
2) Add garlic and onions to sauté.
3) Add tomatoes, peppers or green chiles and parsley.
4) Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
5) Add cinnamon and stir in.
6) Place fish cubes, cover with a lid and cook 10 minutes.

SERVING
7) Serve the preparation by sprinkling with almonds.
