Coat each piece of fish with corn flour, deep fry, strain and keep aside. Add 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add vegetables and sauté for about 1 minute, add fish pieces, all the sauces, and cook for further ½ a minute. Adjust the seasonings with salt and pepper. Serve hot garnished with chili flakes and spring onions.
Mix all the ingredients well. Make the round balls with the mixture and crispy fry them in hot oil. Serve hot.
