Fish Fillets With Spiced Onions
|Fish fillets||2 Pound|
|Onion sauce||3 Tablespoon, spiced|
|Chopped parsley||1 Teaspoon|
|Salt||To Taste (As Desired)|
|Pepper||To Taste (As Desired)|
Thaw fillets, if frozen, and pat dry.
In a shallow baking dish melt butter for 30 seconds in microwave oven.
Place fillets in a single layer (making sure the butter coats bottom of dish evenly) and cook, with dish covered, for 2 minutes.
Turn the fish over and top with spiced onion sauce, parsley, and salt and pepper.
Cover and cook for 3 minutes more.
Let stand, covered for 2 minutes.
Check to see if fish is done.
Serve with fresh parsley.
