Saucy Fish Fillets
|Cod fish fillets/Flounder or haddock fish fillets||450 Gram (1 Pound)|
|Cider vinegar||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Honey||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Tomato paste||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Finely chopped onions||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)|
|Water||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
Place the fish fillets in a single layer in the bottom of a shallow, 8 X 8-inch (20 X 20-cm) ovenproof dish.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Pour the sauce over the fish, and place casserole in a preheated 350°F (175°C.) oven for about 25 minutes, or just until the fish is opaque and cooked through.
