Salmon Steaks With White Wine

Ingredients
  Salmon slices 1 Pound (4 Slices)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White wine 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Creamed corn 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Bread slice 3
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon slices 4
  Light cream 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Rub a little salt and pepper on salmon slices and sprinkle with white wine.
Mix butter, creamed corn, onion and celery in a bowl.
Cook 1 minute, 30 seconds.
Stir and cook an additional 1 minute, 30 seconds.
Add sliced mushrooms, parsley, finely crumbled bread, lemon juice, remaining salt and pepper.
Whisk well.
Place 1 tablespoon butter in a baking dish and melt 45 seconds.
Arrange salmon in the dish.
Place a quarter of the mixture on each salmon slice.
Cook 10 minutes.
Remove salmon to each plate and garnish with lemon slice before serving.
