Steamed Fish Topped with Soya-Pepper Sauce

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 4 Tablespoon (Ching’S Secret)
  Chili vinegar 1 Tablespoon (Ching'S Secret)
  Fish slices 250 Gram, steamed
  White wine 1 Tablespoon
  Chili flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Ginger 1 Tablespoon, shredded (1 Inch)
  Spring onion 1 Tablespoon, shredded (1 Inch)
  Oil 3 Cup (48 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

Steam the pieces of fish in a steamer and gently place the fish pieces in the serving plate. Gently place the shredded ginger and spring onions on the fish slices. Heat 4 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and gently pour the oil on the fish pieces. On a very slow flame mix the sauces and wine, heat, adjust the seasonings and pour the sauces on the fish slices. Garnish with chilli flakes and serve hot.
