Sauteed Mackerel Meuniere
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All-purpose flour||2 Ounce|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
1. Melt butter to hot. Add fillets dipped in milk and then in flour to butter and sauté till either sides turn brown.
2. Transfer to a hot serving platter and season with parsley, salt and pepper.
3. Melt a little more butter and pour on fish.
4. Serve immediately.
