Barbecued Salmon Steaks

Ingredients
  Salmon steaks 4 (About 3/4 Inch Thick)
  Fresh lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Melted butter 3 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Powdered mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Wash salmon and pat dry.
Combine lemon juice, butter, brown sugar, onion, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Brush over surfaces of salmon.
Allow to stand for 15 minutes.
Place fish in a well-greased hinged wire grill or on a greased barbecue grill.
Cook over moderately hot coals, turning once and basting with remaining marinating sauce, for about 4 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Can be broiled, for 5 to 8 minutes on each side.
Makes 4 servings.
