Baked Whiting Fish

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Ounce (15 Gram)
  White fillets 6 Ounce (2 Fillets, 75 Gram /3 Oz Each)
  Chutney 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Mustard powder 1 Pinch
  Curry powder 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper 1
  Fresh white breadcrumbs 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
  Lemon slices 2 , quartered
  Coriander sprig 2
Directions

MAKING
1) In a well buttered ovenproof dish, place the fish fillets.
2) In a bowl, add the chutney, lemon juice, sugar, mustard, curry powder, salt and pepper; blend well and coat the fish fillets with 1/2 mixture.
3) Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the fish and dot with the balance butter.
4) In the preheated oven, bake the fish for 15 min.

SERVING
5) Garnish with sliced lemon and coriander sprig and serve immediately on a nice dish.
