Breaded Fried Swordfish
|Flour||1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (For Dusting Over Fish)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Breadcrumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Coating Over Fish)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
|Cherry tomatoes||4 (For Garnish)|
|Watercress sprigs||2 (For Garnish)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
1) Season the steaks with salt and pepper, lightly dust each piece with the flour, dip in the beaten egg and coat with the breadcrumbs.
2) In a suitable skillet, deep fry the steaks until golden, drain excess oil.
3) On a serving platter, arrange the deep fried fillets.
4) Garnish with the cherry tomatoes and watercress and serve immedaitely with the Worcestershire sauce.
