Breaded Fried Swordfish

Ingredients
  Swordfish steaks 4
  Flour 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (For Dusting Over Fish)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Coating Over Fish)
  Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Cherry tomatoes 4 (For Garnish)
  Watercress sprigs 2 (For Garnish)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Season the steaks with salt and pepper, lightly dust each piece with the flour, dip in the beaten egg and coat with the breadcrumbs.
2) In a suitable skillet, deep fry the steaks until golden, drain excess oil.
3) On a serving platter, arrange the deep fried fillets.

SERVING
4) Garnish with the cherry tomatoes and watercress and serve immedaitely with the Worcestershire sauce.
