Saucy Tuna And Vegetables

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Minced dried onion 1 Tablespoon
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, cubed (1 Package)
  Canned tuna/One 6 3/4-ounce can chunk-style chicken, drained 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and coarsely flaked (1 Can)
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Chow mein noodles 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, melt the butter or margarine.
2) Stir in the flour to smoothen.
3) Stir in the milk and the minced dried onion.
4) Cook until thick and bubbly, cook for further 1-2 min.
5) Stir in the cream cheese until melted.
6) Stir in the tuna or chicken, frozen peas, and soy sauce.
7) Heat the sauce thoroughly.

SERVING
8) Serve over the hot chow mein noodles.
