Baked Fish Fillets In Mushroom Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
  Frozen fish fillets 1 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Sherry 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Cut fish into serving pieces and arrange in shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle lightly with salt.
Mix remaining ingredients except paprika.
Spread on fish.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (375°F.) for about 25 minutes.
