Dill Onion Dressing For Grilled Fish

1. Sauté, stirring constantly, finely chopped onions and dill in butter on low heat till onions turn tender. Stir in lemon juice and allow to simmer on high heat for 30 seconds to reduce the liquid till onions turn crunchy.
2. Top grilled fish with the dressing.
3. Serve immediately.
1. If homegrown super-sweet onions are being used, sauté hardly for 60 seconds.
