Red Fish Filets Cavalier

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 3 Medium (Red)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)
  Lemons 1 1⁄2 , juiced
  Worcestershire 2 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Red pepper To Taste
Directions

Clean and prepare fish for cooking.
Melt butter in broiling pan.
Make a marinade of lemon juice, Worcestershire, white wine and seasonings.
Marinate the filets in marinade sauce for about 1 hour.
Remove filets from marinade, add sauce to melted butter in pan.
Place filets in broiling pan and broil at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes, basting often, until fish flakes easily.
Serves 4 to 6.
