Foolproof Grilled Fish

Ingredients
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground coriander 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Kosher salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Grouper fillets 24 Ounce (4 Fillets Of 6 Ounce Each, 1 Inch Thick)
  Mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Prepare a medium-high-heat grill.
2. Mix cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; season the fish.
3. Spread mayonnaise over top of each fillet. Grill fillets, mayonnaise-side up, for 6 minutes. Turn and cook until opaque, 2 to 4 minutes longer.
