Salmon Steaks With Pinon Butter

|Olive oil||60 Milliliter|
|Red wine||30 Milliliter|
|Lemon juice||30 Milliliter|
|Minced chives||30 Milliliter|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Chopped cilantro||30 Milliliter|
|Finely chopped pine nuts||60 Milliliter|
Wash and pat dry the salmon, place into a shallow pan.
Mix the oil, wine, lemon juice, chives, garlic and cilantro together in a small mixing bowl, pour over steaks and marinate for 3 hours covered and refrigerated.
Blend the butter with the pine nuts, spoon onto waxed paper and roll.
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Grill the fish for 5 minutes per side, brushing with marinade.
Place onto serving plate, slice the butter and place a large dollop on each.
