Ingredients
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Hard boiled egg yolks 3
  Chervil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Tarragon To Taste
  Chopped anchovies 4
  Chopped gherkins 3
  Hard boiled egg white 1 , chopped
  Iceberg lettuce 1
  Romaine lettuce 1
Directions

Mix all ingredients except vinegar in large salad bowl.
Blend dressing, toss.
Serves 6.
