Skewered Swordfish

Ingredients
  Sword fish 900 Gram
  Garlic vinegar 45 Milliliter
  Olive oil 80 Milliliter
  Grated lemon peel 5 Milliliter
  Garlic powder 3 Milliliter
  Onion powder 3 Milliliter
  Oregano 3 Milliliter
  Cracked bay leaves 5 Milliliter
  Chopped cilantro 15 Milliliter
  Salt 5 Milliliter
Directions

Cut the swordf ish into 1" (2.5 cm) cubes, skewer with bamboo skewers, place in a shallow pan.
Combine the remaining ingredients together and pour over fish.
Marinate in the refrigerator covered for 2 hours.
Broil over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning and basting with marinade frequently.
