Sweet And Sour Barbecued Monkfish

Ingredients
  Monkfish fillets 1 1⁄4 Kilogram
  Olive oil 125 Milliliter
  Tarragon vinegar 60 Milliliter
  Worcestershire sauce 10 Milliliter
  Ground ginger 3 Milliliter
  Brown sugar 15 Milliliter
  Sherry 30 Milliliter
  Soya sauce 45 Milliliter
  Garlic powder 3 Milliliter
Directions

Arrange the fish fillets in a shallow baking pan.
Combine the remaining ingredients together to form a marinade, pour the marinade over fish.
Marinate covered and refrigerated for 1 hour.
Drain and reserve marinade.
Grill the fish over medium coals for 10 minutes, brushing with the marinade.
Place on a serving platter, brush one final time with marinade before serving.
