Broiled Salmon Steaks

Ingredients
  Salmon steaks 4 Large
  Melted butter 50 Gram (1/4 Cup)
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Butter 50 Gram (Maitre D'Hotel, 1/4 Cup)
  Lemon wedges 4
Directions

Preheat the broiler to moderate.
Brush the fish with melted butter and broil for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked.
Transfer the fish to a warm serving dish and season lightly.
Divide the maitre d'hotel butter between the salmon steaks and serve with lemon wedges.
