Broiled Salmon Steaks
|Salmon steaks||4 Large|
|Melted butter||50 Gram (1/4 Cup)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Butter||50 Gram (Maitre D'Hotel, 1/4 Cup)|
Preheat the broiler to moderate.
Brush the fish with melted butter and broil for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked.
Transfer the fish to a warm serving dish and season lightly.
Divide the maitre d'hotel butter between the salmon steaks and serve with lemon wedges.
