Anchovy Butter

Ingredients
  Anchovy fillets 4
  Butter 50 Gram (1/4 Cup)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1
Directions

Pound the anchovy fillets to a paste and work them into the softened butter with the lemon juice and freshly ground black pepper.
Rub the butter mixture through a fine sieve.
