|Finnan haddie||1 Pound, cooked, skin and bones removed and flaked (450 Gram)|
|Long grain rice||1⁄2 Pound, boiled (225 Grain)|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , chopped|
|Milk||2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Melt the butter in a large saucepan.
Add the flaked fish and rice, and stir over moderate heat until heated through.
Stir in the eggs and seasoning.
If the mixture looks too dry, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
