Finnan Haddie Kedgeree

Ingredients
  Butter 6 Tablespoon
  Finnan haddie 1 Pound, cooked, skin and bones removed and flaked (450 Gram)
  Long grain rice 1⁄2 Pound, boiled (225 Grain)
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , chopped
  Milk 2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Melt the butter in a large saucepan.
Add the flaked fish and rice, and stir over moderate heat until heated through.
Stir in the eggs and seasoning.
If the mixture looks too dry, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
