Anchovy And Golden Crumb
|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Fine white breadcrumbs||3 Ounce (75 Gram, Fresh)|
|Canned anchovy fillets||2 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can, 50 Gram)|
|Black greek olives||12 , pitted and sliced|
|Chopped fresh parsley||3 Tablespoon|
1) Take a frying pan and heat oil over medium heat. Stir in garlic and breadcrumbs and cook until brown.
2) Now, add olives, parsley, and anchovies.
3) Pour the mixture over freshly cooked pasta and toss. Serve immediately.
