Tuna Mornay In Rice Ring
|Hot cooked rice||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Slivered almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Melted butter||6 Tablespoon|
|Canned tuna||14 Ounce, drained and washed (2 Cans, About 7 Ounces Each)|
|Mornay sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Mix well rice, almonds, and butter.
Pack in 8- or 9-inch ring mold and keep warm.
Heat tuna in top part of a double boiler.
Make Mornay Sauce and add 1 cup to hot tuna.
Keep it and remaining sauce hot while you unmold rice.
Fill center with tuna; top with remaining sauce.
Makes 6 servings.
