Broiled Fish Steaks
|Fish steak||16 Ounce (2 8-Ounce Thick Cuts Of Swordfish, Halibut, Salmon, Shark, Yellowtail, Or Any Other)|
|Butter/Olive oil||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Cayenne pepper/Tabasco||1 Dash|
|Seasoned salt/Sea salt / salt-free seasoning||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Fresh ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
GETTING READY 1) Wash and pat dry the fish steaks. 2) In a small dish, mix all the ingredeints to prepare a sauce. 3) Preheat the broiler. MAKING 4) Brush the fish steaks with the prepared sauce on both sides. 5) This would let fish to not stick on the broiler. 6) Place the steaks into the broiler, 4 inches away from the flame. 7) Brush the sauce over the steaks frequently. 8) Broil steaks from both the sides for at least 3-4 minutes. 9) Do not over cook the fish. SERVING 10) Serve the broiled fish hot with dilled cucumber salad.
