Herbed Salmon Steaks
|Butter/Margarine||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Dried tarragon||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Frozen salmon steaks||4 , cut 1 inch thick|
|Snipped parsley||1 Teaspoon|
GETTING READY 1) Get ready with the utensils and the ingredients required. MAKING 2) In a bowl, stir together butter or margarine, lemon juice and tarragon. 3) With tarragon butter, brush the frozen fish steaks. 4) On the rack of unheated broiler pan, place the fish and broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for about 9 minutes. 5) Brush it with butter, turn and brush again. 6) Broil again for about 9 minutes or till desired doneness. 7) Sprinkle coating mix atop steaks and broil for about 2 minutes or till browned. SERVING 8) To serve, sprinkle with parsley, and garnish serving platter with lemon wedges.
