Ingredients
  Fish 1⁄2 Kilogram
  Chili powder 7 1⁄2 Gram (1 1/2 Dessertspoon)
  Pepper powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mustard seeds 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Button onions 5
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm)
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Salt To Taste
  Refine vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

1. Clean fish well in salted water and slice.
2. Grind ingredients 2 to 7 to a fine paste. Add salt to taste.
3. Rub the fish well with the paste. Keep covered in a cool place for some time.
4. In a heavy skillet, add oil and deep fry the fish on both sides, turning gently to ensure even cooking.
