|Refine vegetable oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
1. Clean fish well in salted water and slice.
2. Grind ingredients 2 to 7 to a fine paste. Add salt to taste.
3. Rub the fish well with the paste. Keep covered in a cool place for some time.
4. In a heavy skillet, add oil and deep fry the fish on both sides, turning gently to ensure even cooking.
